If I could give these people 0 stars I would. Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Guides inexperienced. It was only luck there was not a serious injury after a horse bolted.Horses did not work well together. Guide's horse was "sore" due to being overworked. When we contacted management with our concerns they basically accused us of lying and they suggested we go to their competitors next time.
Avoid these unpleasant people!
the staff and horses were fantastic and very friendly. the pub crawl was magic. i cant wait to go again. i would highly recommend werriberri 4 anyone from a beginner to advanced level. excellent trails and scenery,certainly not a boring guided ride like many other places i have ridden at
