Werrington County Newsagency

My first time visiting this newsagent i found the staff to be rude and unprofessional-discrace -not sure how they are still in business with that attitude not a very friendly approach to customers and the shop is very cluttered with junk -customer service appaling first and last time to this newsagent i will take my business elsewhere.

This is an absolute disgrace of a news agency. They sell magazines that are 6 years old and refuse to exchange or refund them. Its their policy to tell customers when they are purchasing out of date publications, but this was not the case. If you want to push past second hand clothing, books and junk to get to the papers and magazines and then buy old publications, then this is your shop. We were good customers that regularly buy many titles there but after today, our money will be spent elsewhere.
