Sadly very disappointed with their delivery system , ordered a desk chair about 2 months ago and had the call last week that they could deliver on the Thursday , I waited till 4pm then rang customer service to find out that they could see my information but got some reason my delivery was put in incorrectly , so rescheduled for today Monday , again I waited all day for delivery , I ran again and again they told me my delivery information was lost , this is annoying so now I have to reschedule my day again for deliver next Monday , why are you guys so disoriginised , as a customer I feel more should be offered specially as I have had to change my plans for your mistakes ,
