Took my newborn baby.
Do NOT see Dr. Lok. The rudest doctor I've ever encountered. My family members have also had terrible experiences with him and others. It seems the only Dr worth seeing is Dr Sethia. Don't bother otherwise!!

One of the doctors have misdiagnosed about my ankle?because of that I had to go to another medical centre to get the right treatment. What is more upsetting was that the doctor's behaviour and the tone was as if I was faking the pain?that the ankle is completely normal and fine. Such a disappointment.

Horrid service. Arrived at 6:50pm and advised no more patients being taken! Why bother being open until 8pm? Not everyone is going to take a long time to see the GP - some appointments take no longer than 5mins but the receptionist appears to dictate the rules. Poor form!!

The Doctors here are awesome they have both male and female doctors if you don't like waiting long then I suggest you turn up early as some days the doctors are flat out or short staffed cause like us they like to have a day off as well
The ladies at reception do a fantastic job and try as hard as they can to make your visit as stress free as they are able
so overall this is a highly professional unit

The doctors Ive seen are truly, thorough, and very good indeed...I try to avoid a waiting que and either return later or go next day and go early. Yes, the receptionist can be rather busy or pre occupied...as my turn in line was easily missed because you can't hear from the front reception....maybe they could get an intercom/page number or just reminded to go and be seated near the doctors room.....which is what they do now! Thankyou to the wonderful staff who do try their best.
