West State Tyres

The customer service is really bad!
Took my car here to do allignment on 30th may 2019! But they dint fix it properly! Took it back to them next morning and they dint even care to check the car that day! I was asked to come on tuesady! (After the long weekend) . When.
I went on tuesday , the lady in the counter was so rude, she started with the warning “ u will have to pay for it again if the readings are different from the last service done on 30th”.
Again the drama continues! They took the car inside and made it better! (Still pully to the right side)! And when i asked for the papper records they did not give me any readings!
I will never agin recomment this place to any1!

VERY HAPPY WITH SERVICE.. I WENT INTO WEST STATE TYRES WITH THE OFFSETS I THOUGHT WAS RIGHT AND THE GUY AT THE COUNTER KINDLY TOLD ME THAT THE OFFSET I CHOSE WOULDN'T FIT PROPERLY ALTHOUGH THAT HE WOULD BE HAPPY TO ORDER BOTH THE OFFSET I THOUGHT WAS RIGHT AND THE OFFSET HE THOUGHT WAS RIGHT.. THE WHEELS ONLY TOOK A DAY TO GET IN AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS GREAT TOO AS I WORK AWAY AND DIDN'T HAVE A HEAP OF TIME ON MY HANDS.. WHEN THE WHEELS CAME IN I GOT A CALL LETTING ME KNOW THEY'D ARRIVED AND THEY GOT ME IN STRAIGHT AWAY, WE PUT MY CAR STRAIGHT ON THE HOIST AND SURE ENOUGH THE OFFSET I THOUGHT WAS RIGHT DIDN'T FIT AT ALL AND THE ONE THE GUY RECOMMENDED FITTED PERFECTLY.. Huge range of wheels and tyres to suit everyone from cheap used tyres to fancy chrome wheels, I have never seen so many wheels on display in one place before, I called in to buy some tyres and ended up putting some mags on layby with them (got a great price too) check these guys out they are not tied up with any of the big national chain franchises so they are able to be a lot more flexiable with pricing.

I Found west state tyres to be a great place to buy new set of tyres and mags and there customer service was great and the prices were great, i have told quite a few of my mates to go there and they have all came away with a great deal. 5star performance
