Western Air Airconditioning

Called them to come out and fix my heating system which had broken down. They advised they would come out on the following Monday. Midday Monday - I followed up to see if they were still coming. No answer, no response to text message. Finally got a one line text two days later stating they are busy. Steer clear if you want someone reliable. If you can't do a job, don't accept it or at the very least, call and cancel/reschedule.

They very strongly discredited any plumbers assisting with airconditioning fitting and when they could not work out the fault with the aircon, they very sarcastically made comments that there is nothing wrong and my tenant possible is the problem. Unfortunately I do not recommend this business. Apparently with all possible test completed, I am no further to knowing what fault the split system on the cooling function has, but am $150 out of pocket.
