THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CENTRE YOU COULD EVER GO TO. I don't often write angry reviews, but this place has no consideration for their patient's times whatsoever.



I had come at 1:30 on a Saturday and it had literally take TWO HOURS until I was seen by a doctor. I understand the often things go out of schedule and appointments take longer than expected. But to wait a whole two hours just seems ridiculous to me.



I have been coming here for a good five years and was well aware of their ridiculous waiting times, however, I had decided to remain understanding. But this is the last straw. I don't think I've ever had to wait this long for any appointment. So disappointed with the service!!!!!!

I signed up to this place when they first opened. I never come here unless the cairnlea superclinic is fully booked out. this clinic has the worst service.



Taking there sweet time, chatting away with each other taking long breaks. I'm back today since 2years ago only because I have no choice, and believe or not, nothing has changed, everything is still the same.

I've been waiting for an hour now & people have been her before me waiting even longer.

Extremely disappointing!!

My wife had an appointment at 11:30am at this medical practice. We left after waiting for two hours as my wife was late for 1pm appointment elsewhere. The lacklustre customer service of this practice was clearly demonstrated when the GP decided to eat lunch instead of serving the customers still waiting.



There was no lunch closing time advertised. A further insult to the poor service was the appointment was for a results reading which would have taken about five minutes for the GP. Avoid this place as they do not respect appointments or customers time.

Slowest doctors, worst service ever!! Appointment at 12:30, 2hours later still waiting, and the staff are casually walking around having small chats with eachother!!
