I had a Tonsillectomy done by one of the doctors here, the DR himself was exceptional in his field and extremely polite, however the receptionist staff while in the organization process and post surgery were extremely unhelpful and rude, i personally would not use this practice again for this reason alone.

Told other dr would give call back - never did. When phoned back next appt over 1 month away. and this is for someone who is in the profession!!!
