I am so disheartened with this new clinic. Dr.Dang is a fabulous dr however this new clinic is enough of a disgrace to keep me going back to the old one in Sunshine Plaza. Rang to make an appointment yesterday and was told it was quiet and if I came down in the next 20 minutes I wouldn't wait long. I came down, and waited OVER AN HOUR!!! Everytime I nicely asked the desk staff when I would be seen I was given very open ended responses "well there is you and two others so I don't know". I got this response for the 3rd time and realised Dang was the only dr on and there was still at least 2 others before me I told the desk staff forget it I had had enough. I was unwell, ready to throw up and not in the mood, I pointed out that on the phone she told me it was quiet to which she grins and tells me "well all these people came".
