A few years ago I was assured my car could be repaired following a collision. The towing service was fantastic and really helped me out, but that's about where the good will ended.
Not only was the car never repaired, I was never given access to it or about to find out where it went to - therefore I was unable to get anything for any parts etc sold to wreckers.
Throughout the whole prolonged process I was repeatedly told it was "just about" fixed and I could have it "tomorrow".
