Very accessible from 8am to mid night. Doctors gave me good advice for entire family. They do attend to toddlers quickly.

New to the area felt the staff and doctors we're great in helping me when I needed it most.

Very poor assessment and management skills from the medical staff.

Not only are the staff shockingly rude, and the doctors apparently lacking basic medical qualifications but they never open their phone lines on time. Now 8:23am ( supposed to open at 8am) and I'm still being diverted to after hours service . I only go to this clinic if I know what's wrong with me, and what medication I need.

I've been a medical receptionist for 10yrs and I find the receptionists very rude when you ring for an appointment they are usually in a rush to hang up and are very impatient. There is no excuse for bad service. I've never had a problem with any of the medical staff there are long waiting times but it's a bulk billing centre so it's expected...The toilets need cleaning because a lot of the public come walking through the centre to use the toilet.
