Western Plains Medical Centre

Walked in at 10am to do a first available appointment was told 3 hour wait. Fair enough returned home and waited for about 2 and a half hours then called up to see where in the que I was, was told 4th and approx 25mins so I drove down and waited 30mins passed I then went to the counter to see how many people were in front and this time was told 10 people. This is absolutely rediculous verry poor time management and very frustrating to deal with.
They are trying to implement a new online system and it is clearly not working.

Waited 3 and half hours to see a doctor , people bee

I don't believe that there are any real doctors there, walked in to the doctors room, told the doctor I was in pain asked a question about an unrelated issue, Absolutely not examination and was told that is it and I left, in with the doctor for 30 seconds total. Had to then seek out a real doctor. IN MY OPINION DO NOT GO THERE IN FEAR OF LIFE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

Waiting area is very comfortable. Polite staff. Long wait for Dr though.
