great company, after sourcing tiles from "the bigger companies" found western to be far more competetive price wise, very helpful staff, and am purchasing my bathroom reno tiles from them in the coming days. highly recomended to anyone looking for the latest in tiling.
My experience with this company and the extremely rude owner Devon has made the renovation of my house disastrous. Our tiles were 9 weeks late. When we received the tiles many were faulty and broken. When trying to return these Devon was extremely unhelpful and blatantly rude. He additionally raised the price of other items he knew we needed and were unable to buy elsewhere. I would never use this company again. I should have realised from the just the look of the shop that this wasnt a creditable business.
Hello Caroline, unfortunately we have no record of you purchasing any Tiles from us..... We have never had a customer wait 9 weeks for goods in our 43 year History. We think you may have reviewed the wrong business but perhaps you could contact us with your details. We do not have a Devon. All of our invoices have the persons name written on them. As for the pricing in our Industry
we do not have the luxury of being able to increase prices at will. Also anything (f you did purchase from us) would be available at
most other Distributors in South Australia. As for the look of the place it has character..Small Shop HUGE Range.
