Spoke to Tina in service,very rude service.Wanted to ask a question about my current Toyota car upon she quickly said "I dont understand what you are talking about" in a rude tone of voice.After I started explaining and midway my sentence she said "Hold on"-she put me on hold ,I stayed on the line for a few minutes upon which the line got disconnected.My overall experience is "rude inconsiderate staff".
I went to literally buy a new car today (03/05/2017) after doing all my home work. Was ready to put in the deposit but all the punks were in the staff meeting for 1 hour. We waited from 1015 till 1040 for any sales person to attend us but guess what... they were all busy in staff meeting discussing how to boost sales..any way went to phil gilbert and paid deposit for new CHR AWD.. you guys are worst then peter warren toyota..
I rang to have my mother's Yaris repaired under the recall for the airbag issue. I booked a time, then they rang me a few days before to reschedule without reason or apology. When I dropped the car off, I had to call back in 4 hours only to be told they have to order the part. This is in spite of the fact it is a common repair and saying at the start they probably had one in stock and could probably do it in one visit. After 3 weeks, I hadn't been contacted, which is a joke, even allowing for Easter. I rang today and was told the part was in. When asked why didn't they call, they claimed they did and there was no answer. It was clear to me that was the excuse they use to cover their tracks. The staff are indifferent to customer service and are rude at times. I am left in no doubt they prioritise the profitable work and shuffle around the lesser paying jobs. I will never use this company again.
