People does't listen any reason ..I try to get my stuffs for this place I know I did big mistake because I put the name of my cafe that I work for reference but seller put the name of my cafe for collector so I can't get my stuff ..staff asking for business card and unfortunately my cafe don't have if because we so small I try to show them about my ID , order reference , debit card and billing information on website that I bought stuffs ..staff just said no sorry .. What can I do ?
been reading your story but I think you have misunderstood the staff at the post office. The verification of ID is the most important part for the post office to protect your property (parcels) put it in this way, if someone steals the mails from your mailbox such as bills and parcel calling cards and tries to claim the parcel (says iphone6) at the post office. If the post office does not verify the docs, and deliver it to the person who steals the mails...I do not think you will be happy about that. Just put yourself in their shoes. You only face them once or twice a year, but they face customers like you all the time, and still need to remain smiling face to customers....come on...give them a break.
Westgate post office is the best post office in the inner west. I go there to collect my mails everyday. What I see first thing in the morning at the office is the smiles from the staff...I fully recommend this post office to people.
