Have been a client of Westlakes Vet. Hospital for many years and John and the team there have always treated us and our dogs with the greatest of respect. I have had my 3 babies cared for exceptionally at this vets. I am very fussy. I want the best for my fur family or I am gone. Simple. All the nurses have been exceptionally kind especially through the death of our darling Nitro. With our new loved (but naughty!!!) little guy, Heidi has been awesome. He went to her puppy school and now , instead of trepidation, bounds through the vets door! My puppy makes me visit Heidi even when we are only walking past ( I pretend it is for a weigh in ha ha)
Been meaning to review Westlakes for the past few weeks and finally found the time. I truely believe this hospital is 100 percent dedicated to all their clients that walk or fly through the door. The staff have always gone above and beyond in their job, especially practice manager Heidi who has always been polite, friendly, professional and very reassuring each time i call or visit when i require any medical attention for my dogs who have received ongoing treatment these past few weeks. so just wanted to say thank you nurse Heidi and westlakes vet. I will always recommend you and mention your amazing customer service!!
