Westmead Doctors

I have been coming to the practice for many years now seeing Dr Immadi. Whilst I’m happy with the time she allocated to each patient it appears she is always running late for appointments. Whilst I have no issues with this, the disappointing part is lack of communication from the reception staff. I have personally been reprimanded for cancelling appointments last minute or running late (only to have to wait in excess of 30 + mins for a scheduled appointment). The reception staff need to improve their customer service skills.

Very much disappointed with the service. Today before visiting i called and confirmed can i walk in recepectionist said yes, when i visited she said i will be the second one i waited there for hour and a half then she says that doctor is prefering only appoinment patients. They ruined my day. Worst service....

I found westmead doctors to be a great medical centre. Always put patients needs first staff are great always happy to help. Highly recommended doctor's

The greatest service, have been going to Westmead Dr's for 2 years now, for my whole family including my children. Always feel peace of mind after every visit. Thank you for such a great service and for the extra care you provide in every visit.

I have been there three times and I'm extremely unhappy with the doctor. She was impersonal and her attitude was unprofessional. The first two appointments I thought she might be busy. But after the third appointment (when people start getting comfortable with their doctors) I realised that I am just a number to her and not a human being. no interest in hearing out the patient and their concerns. Absolutely no empathy. Not going back there under any circumstances.
