A hopeless builder - steer clear of this sorry lot, while the price was cheap the service so far was been absolutely appalling. Very unprofessional customer service, phone calls and emails are ignored and when you do get through no one knows whats going on. Westminster are months behind schedule on what is not a complex home, they also don't seem too concerned that they are so far behind and despite following up several times they still cant tell me when they will actually finish! Progress on site also freezes for weeks on end for no apart reason and it this point it seems they have run out of excuses.
Same here, We having trouble in getting ours fixed. They wont return calls or emails.., very un professional....I'm sorry we even considered buying a Westminster Home..this should be a warning to all.. look at alternatives before selecting a Westminster home....
Inside and outside painting very poor
Fences not secured correctly and falling over
Fence ridge capping warpped and falling off, looks like a 20 yo fence
Storm moulds not even fitted
Lead flashing not installed correctly
Rain gutters fall the wrong way and over flows....
This is just a small example of the poor quailty workmanship and the fact they know about these and still wont come out to fix them up....
