Westpac

Hi guys,i would like to give a feedback about this bank so no one get deceived like me.I got personal account with westpac and i joined one of my friends in his business but he was with St George. But i told him why don't we open business account in westpac and he told me ok if they will give us eftpos machine. So we went and asked them before opening the account and they said yes and they advised us to close the account with St George and we did. Then we opened the account and applied for the eftpos machine and the application was declined. what the helllllllllllllll. coz we didn't met the minimum criteria for applying as we have to be customers for 2 years to get the machine.so did they know this information before or not. of course,but their goal was to get client from St George. and of course i made complain to them but they ignored me so i closed the account and finally we opened with another bank. regards Mohamed Ismail.
