Westpac

Westpac consistently has some of the best customer service amongst the Sydney banks in my opinion. This branch opposite Martin Place is no different. The building is large though so please don't complain about the distances :-) but apart from that I have found the service fast, effective and keen. Customer service representative stand ready on the left when you enter, and the tellers are further back in the building. Queues are not long, and the attitude is good. Another happy Westpac customer.
