Westpac

This Westpac is not only my personal banking branch but my favourite out of all the branches in the City. It is smaller than the others around so when you enter you get the personal individual experience rather than just feeling like another number. The teller staff and consultants are all friendly and helpful, there are two ATM machines connected to the branch for easy access to funds if you do not need to enter the branch, the branch itself is clean, modern and offers a seating area if you happen to walk in during a busy period and need to wait in line - you can take a seat while you wait. Each and every time I have had a query about my account or have wanted to enquire about a new product there has always been someone on hand to assist my enquiries. Finally, the Internet Banking Service provided is easy to navigate and a reliable source to keep track of your spending as you can access it from a computer or via the App on your Iphone.
