Westpac

Just been to the new Westpac in Cabramatta and wanted to say what excellent customer service the staff are providing there. Whilst it was very busy in branch and lots of people were struggling with the new ATMs, all of the staff worked as a team supporting one another and making sure everyone was helped and not kept waiting too long. It was a totally refreshing experience, especially the personable manner of the staff, making you feel like more than just a number. Thank you!
