Westpac

I would like to thank the Westpac Cleveland Branch for helping me yesterday 07/10/16. I walked into the branch with an old "stale" Westpac bank cheque after being told by MY Bank that they wouldn't accept it cause it was "stale" (about 16 months old) and the two ladies at the Westpac counter were great! Julie was able to deposit the cheque into my account and I would like to sincerely thank Julie for her help and her great customer service. It was great to see that she took care in helping somebody that wasn't even a client to that branch. I will be looking into moving my banking over to Westpac in the near future. Thanks again!
