Westpac

went around 11.30 to Westpac regards to our accounts, no one was at the customer service counter and 2people already taken the chairs to wait for someone, so we stand around with partner, after 20min of me playing on my phone, I realise I got an appointment somewhere else and no one had greet us and let us know what is happening, its is now 12pm and finally personal banker just finished with a client after about 45minutes the previous lady is still waiting since 45minutes.. So began to tense because at least an assurance of whom will greet us or served us would be very much helpful,, but yet not one approach us yet.. Anyways 12.20pm finally the personal baker walked out, I thought banker is coming to greet us or ask us what we are waiting for, but no banker just walked across the bloody personal banker and said to banker,, you may go for your lunch now..
