Certainly had a good buying experience through Westpoint Autos at Darra. Both Anthony and Ben were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. They had no hesitation allowing the RACQ to inspect their vehicle, and were very responsive. My car was ready within a couple of days of inspection and the whole process went very smoothly. Overall, I was very impressed.
Fantastic buying experience. we just moved here to Brisbane from the US and did not have any Australian car buying experience. We went to Darra to see a completely different car than we bought . The car salesmen were really nice , not pushy, and showed us several cars. We then took a liking to one the one we bought ... a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. We decided we weren't ready to purchase the car on that day even though they offered us a discount. The salesman followed up with us a couple of days later without being too aggressive and understood our pricing limitations and worked with us and their management to come up with an agreeable price. We then paid for the car at their Indooroopilly office. They provided us with a quote for car insurance as well which was very reasonable. Overall I was very happy with the car buying experience at Westpoint Autos and would go buy a car again there and certainly would encourage others to go there.
One of my worst car dealing experiences. Don't recommend buying a car from this place at all. At first they seem very welcoming but once you hand in the money, thats it. We saw a car that we were after advertised on cars guide, 2012 hyundai elantra advertised. So we enquired about it. Sounded great, went had a look and put a deposit on it. When we went back after a week and paid for the car we were told the internet wasn't working so they couldn't give us a receipt and were going to email it to us asap. Took us chasing them all week after them making excuses after excuses avoiding to give us receipt of the purchase of the car. Not only that we were also given a remote without a key in it. when questioned the staff said to us they will organise another one from hyundai and personally drop it to our house, but off course the staffwent on leave for a week and we had to chase the management staff who also took days to reply back. I had a positive experience buying my vehicle from Westpoint Autos Darra. The range of used vehicles was good, and all were well presented in detailed condition with the necessary mechanical and safety checks having been done. Perusing the yard, staff were available to answer questions but were not overbearing. The Sales Manager, Nicole, was able to quickly arrange a test drive at my request, and encouraged me to take the vehicle home overnight to show my partner. The drive-away price and easy to complete paperwork allowed for a smooth and hassle-free transaction. The business provides a comprehensive 10-year warranty and roadside assistance package at no extra cost if you follow their servicing schedule. I'd buy from Westpoint Autos again.
