Friendly and welcoming staff!

I've been to the centre a few years ago with my mum for her colonoscopy procedure, the doctors are nursings have been very patient with us and answer all our questions and concerns in great details.

Last week we went back for a routine check up and I couldn't believe that the receptionist lady could still recognise us!!!

Very happy with the service!!!! Will definately recommned it to my friends and families.

Unfriendly and expensive . Phoned to make an appointment for my mother fire a gastroscopy. Told me it would cost her $370 as they deduct $130 from her excess. I told her that was a lot and asked if it had to be done in a hospital. She got irritated when i told her I'll phone around to see if i could get a cheaper price for her. She said to do that and hung up on me . I got her into Hobson bay for $100. They were lovely and helpful. Wouldn't go to westpoint endoscopyeven if the procedure were free

I had a test done...made an appointment to get results. took a day off work and attended only to be told that they were running behind and could not fit me in ( even after confirming the appointment 2 days prior ). not happy but not much I could do. I made another appointment, again confirmed 2 day prior. I had again arranged time off work to attend. the day prior to my appointment they rang to advise that they had some cancellations and wished to bring my appointment forward...I explained that I could not attend at that time and wished to keep my original appointment....I was told this would not be possible as the doctor would not be available ?????. I could not undo my absence from work at this stage. 2 days off work and I still cannot get my results. it seems that only the doctors time is valuable. my time is not. I would like compensation for my time off work. I would like to know my results. I don't think either is going to happen. very unprofessional unit.
