over the last 2 years i have had multiple issues with my vehicle, paid top dollar for servicing's that I have proof were not done, had my car in workshop for 3 months awaiting parts and now again engine lights on.
This is not my major issue with the company. It is their total disregard for customers and absolute lack of communication. I have attempted all of the following with no contact. I have rung and been told would be contacted, used their website email service-no reply, used online chat option - promises that someone would contact me, and i have accessed the emails of multiple managers from multiple departments from companies profile and emailed them all directly and i am being totally ignored. took the car for a roadworthy certificate: they requested changing the tyres, wipers etc; took the car to car tyre shop, we were told it is not necessary. tyres are fine; interesting advice from a tyre seller. It wasn't mentioned 2 months back during wheel alignment service nor 4 months ago during the car service! eventually had to change the tyres to meet their satisfaction to get an urgent RWC. re-inspection was cancelled few times by Westpoint; very diappointing service.
