We have recently had indoor shutters installed. Westral were thorough professionals from the beginning, sending texts to let me know when they would be visiting and sticking to the agreed time frame. John, our fitter was fabulous and I could not recommend his workmanship highly enough. We are delighted with the finished product, and while Westral are not the cheapest, they are certainly, in our opinion, the best value for money, because their product is superior and their service is outstanding.
Having used Westral for all our previous security screens I also decided to use them for our office screens. I also decided to give them a try with our venetian blinds too. The screens were installed well and professionally as usual however the blinds were not. We had to call them to come back and install the plastic clips at the bottom of the blinds and both times the sites were not cleaned up.
Westral - Excellent Customer Service. From the initial phone call to Davids comprehensive measure and quote to the installer who professionally and perfectly fitted our security screen doors. The installer showed that he naturally goes the extra mile by leaving his work area cleaner than he found it impressing ourselves and our visiting guests.
Westral were recommend to us and we will be sure recommend to others seeking a quality product and professional service.
Having used Westral on two previous occasions and pleased with the service, I was keen to use them again. Had Josh out for the quote which went as expected, paid the deposit and was told that the wait time would be up to 4 weeks. Installation day arrived and so did the rain. I was expecting some "muck" to be left by the installer, but mud on my cream rug "Not happy Jan". The installer did clean up his metal shavings but not his muddy foot prints. But that aside, very happy once again with the whole Westral process - a great, secure product.
