The owners are fantastic but the staff leave a lot to be desired. They really need to hire some people with customer service skills as I am a frequent customer and was very unimpressed with the service I received today. I said hello to the staff member who served me as, unlike them, I have some people skills and they did not even respond. I don't know how they were ever employed in the service industry.
As mentioned though, the owneres are great so I just suggest to them they hire people that are interested in bringing in business, not scaring customers away.
