My name is Jane and I?m a professional counsellor with extensive experience in a variety of fields. I?m offering phone or face to face counselling in a discreet, welcoming home environment where your confidentiality is respected and assured.

I can help you find your way, and make decisions that are genuinely right for you. You can be sure that the answer is in you. However often, the pressures and stresses of daily living make it hard to see things clearly. At moments like this, it?s good to have objective, non-judgmental guidance and support.


Relationships

Everyone has times when relationships are challenging, whether this is at home, at work, with friends or with your partner. I can help you explore the issue at hand so you can find positive, realistic ways to resolve the situation.


Reconnecting with yourself

Sometimes it helps to talk through things when you are feeling a bit lost, establishing the next stage of your life, looking to redefine your goals and to maximize your strengths and potential.

How it works:

I offer one-off consultations or can help on an ongoing basis. My fee is $90 for one hour. Payment is cash or we can arrange direct deposit.
