Whet Restaurant

We stopped here at Whet Restaurant for a late lunch as part of our Cape Tribulation drive following a swim nearby at the Mason's water hole. We were seated very quickly and service was fantastic, we have no complaints. The menu here is typical pub food but with a local touch (eg barramuni) food came out within reasonable time. This place gets rage reviews on Trip Advisor and it is well deserved as the food was decent given this remote location. The pricing was reasonable and the atmosphere was very peaceful since it is in the middle of a rainforrest. We were very happy with the fish and chips and the burger. Definitely a must visit destination on the drive.
