White Dove Funeral Care

Have serious doubts abut the ethics of this business.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. No ethics or care and should not be operating.

Our family have nothing but praise for Ian at White Dove. He was professional, kind and supportive whilst we were planning my grandmothers funeral. On the day, the service was personalised for my grandmother in everyway. So may of our guests commented on this. Ian has now done 3 funerals for our family. We would hghly reccommend him and his staff.

This funeral director is not to be recommended. He conducted the funeral for my daughter who died in tragic circumstances last year.
First he asked with a smirk how my daughter had committed suicide 'so we know what kind of body we're dealing with.'
As my son had booked this bloke in the early stages of our grief I restrained myself from cancelling his services on the spot as my son stood there. At least I had the sense to book a good celebrant known to the family instead of accepting his offer to conduct the service himself. I was imagining his smirking all the way through the eulogy.

our very young child passed away on a Friday afternoon and without any hesitation, Ian and the team at White Dove were very helpful in guiding us through a highly emotional time. Unsure of what to do, they suggested we contact his doctor to confirm the death, along with making arrangements of collection and a time to meet to discuss what we wanted.
Ian was nothing but professional in his approach and for a family grieving the loss of their oldest, nothing but respect and compassion was expressed.
The service arrangements came together very quickly and whatever we wanted to, Ian went out of his way to try and make happen.
It's never easy to lose a loved one (irrespective of age) and albeit an extremely emotional time, White Dove made the process that little bit easier with their guidance and experience in the industry.
