DO NOT USE. Absolutely inconceivable experience. Attempted to use their dry cleaning services to clean a suit. Staff have lost the item, don't return calls/ emails/ don't provide any response as to its whereabouts and have lost $650+ from using their service.
I have just had a very similar experience with this company - approximately $600 lost after bedding items were picked up by them and never returned. They say the items have been delivered, but they were certainly not delivered to me, and there was no correnspondence whatsover from them after the initial pick up of the items. I have emailed, phoned and written a letter and still no reply, apology or explanation as to how the company will make up for my loss. I will also write to the ombudsman and ACCC. I wish I had read reviews before I entrusted this company with my items.
Ditto, the most appalling experience, I finally received my items minus one! I know I will be battling phone calls and emails to track down my missing item.
Professional website and online service offerings, but sadly not backed up by any actual service. Washed and ruined (shrunk) a very expensive blanket that was sent (with plenty of time), for drycleaning. They did not operate within agreed pick-up or return schedules, and I had to phone multiple times to track down the item. With the exception of the pickup/drop off driver (who was well-meaning, and polite), the staff were unhelpful and unresponsive. Never again!
Hey I had this same issue and am now making a complaint to the ACCC and the Australian Small Business & Family Enterprise Ombudsman, I suggest you do the same.
I am not interested in damaging a good business reputation as I believe in fair trade and being a business owner myself, I don't believe the customers are always right. However, in my case, my jacket was returned with at least 10 holes torn right through on the same spot. It was clearly got torn by a sharp object with irregular holes, possibly caught in a carousel system of some sort and ripped apart. They blamed it on moth attacked and printed me an internet article on how moths attack clothing and wiped their hands!
