White Knight Transport Removals & Storage

Extremely poor attitude by the lead person. Stayed in the truck till about 2.5 hour into the load. Didn't plan the load at all. Lot of attitude and verbose, critical about the items/quatity/weight... thought they were removalists and not there for a picnic.
Approx 4.5 hours into a V slow load with the 65CuM truck over 1/3 empty, says that there are delicate items left and it's easier to drop what's loaded and come back for the rest. Then identifies himself as the leader (after 4.5 hours) and says the others haven't any idea of timing/load. So, sends the youngster who doesn't know up at the begining to evaluate the loading strategy??? The two youngsters were friendly and cheerful. The lead guy had a huge problem, making the whole move so unpleasant and taking a lot longer than it should. He appeared to know how to jam pack a truck but no clue how to pack an oversized storage space to allow easy access to people. Extremely disappointed!!

very professional moving crew, and skillful for moving large items out of and into very tight stairs and doorways. highly recommend!

I'd like to thank the crew at White Knight who did a full house move yesterday with ease and zero hassle. The team was polite and helpful which made moving a breeze. They are also quick a 3 bedroom house move in 3 hours. Definitely recommend.

We have just used White Knights for a full house removal into storage as we are going overseas. They packed up on one day and then moved all our things into storage on the second day. All the guys were great, friendly and helpful making it much easier than previous moves we have done. I was particularly impressed by the check that we had our passports and flight tickets and taking the time to call on the first day to say that they would be 15 minutes late as they had to pick up some packing materials en route - and it was exactly 15 minutes! Thanks to Diane - who coordinates the whole thing - and the guys who worked on our move.
