This buisness is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with,
Took 5 weeks to receive item then because of wrong sizing I sent back within the week. That was 4 weeks ago. No word! I've emailed 4 times to see if I can get a refund or swap but get zero replies.
Really disappointed
Order not received. Emails not responded to until I posted 1 star reviews? The response was the order was fraudulent? A very disappointing response. Obviously this is not an ethical business. The item is now advertised on the website for twice the price. It seems this business is in the practice of accusing customers of fraud to justify its own unethical business practices?
Sadly I made an online purchase on the 28/01/19 and have not yet received my package. My order was processed and payment was taken from my account (all details were correct). After 3 weeks I attempted to make contact with the company via all available emails and their Facebook profile. I have not yet received any contact... It's been a week and a half of emailing.
There is no phone number available.
Disappointed as I have purchased from them before and expected better service and communication.
