Our order was placed last June, we haven't received them; now they told me, we can't get the lounge sofa, neither refund. At the end, I get nothing, I paid $2500 for more than 6 months, and get nothing. How dare they! I believe I am not the only one.

Was told 8 weeks for delivery. 12 weeks later, called and emailed to ask where our lounge is...visited showroom and saw our lounge had been delivered there instead of our home and was floor stock. We left a 5c piece in the couch groove and a week later when our couch was delivered we found the coin! We paid for a new couch, they stuffed up the delivery and then tried to make out that the couch delivered to us was a brand new couch when it was sitting on there showroom floor for weeks!!! Avoid!!!
