Theirs is the WORST furniture i have EVER bought in my life. Within 2 week of buying 2 queen bed bases, every inch of them is making a squeaking noise. That too with normal daily use. The furniture is total waste of money.
I would suggest people to add few more dollars to your budget and buy stuff from a reputed place instead of going to whitehorse furniture.

Terrible! We ordered 8 dining chairs 19 May 2015 only because they were in stock. We went to pick them up 26 May, only to find out that the chairs looked nothing like what we had ordered. The workmanship was very poor, leather was pulling and the stitch was not even straight. The sales person noted the same and said he will get replacement immediately. I waited for his phone call the following week- when he did not call me I called him. he said that unfortunately we now had to wait up to six weeks. I said we could not wait, as we do not have any dining chairs and asked for a refund. He said that is fine and he will advise the manager to issue refund cheq.Its 30 June and after several phone calls we have not received the promised refund.This is sad and unbelievable. How can a shop steel your money and run.

Terrible. No certain arrival dates. Nothing. Late for over 2 months and still telling me they don't know when. Promised me yesterday that they will give a certain date, and still no reply! When i called, for the fifth time, staff said I don't know. Wow, is this the way they treat their customers? I am greatly disappointed and angered. I will tell my friends never enter this store again

Never shop here. Don't expect furniture to be delivered on time. Had a lounge suite, ordered in Dec. Was told will arrive end of Jan. Called end of Jan and told will call back with why they haven't arrived but never got any call back. Went in store Thursday was told delivery was delayed and haven't heard from manufacturer will call when they hear from manufacturer, week later still no call. Had to go in store to get answers. Won't refund. Was told will get them in 3 weeks. Rude and really bad customer service. Would give zero if I could.

Bought bunk beds from here 3 weeks ago. Was advised they had stock and would take 2 days to come from the warehouse.



3 weeks later after several phone calls am advised waiting for manufacturer to build them. No one authorised to return money.



Avoid at all costs.
