Purchased a couch and coffee table 1 month before it needed to be delivered. On delivery day the couch was missing pillows and the coffee table was no where to be seen! 1 month later still have no coffee table! Called to get a refund on coffee table as this is an absolute joke we paid for something we never got!!! Head office said a check would be in the mail the following week... 3 weeks later still nothing...After a number of phone calls the check was finally sent out... Tried to cash in the check and it bounced!!!! One month later still no coffee table still no refund and no one will return my phone calls!!!! Do not waste your money or time!!! The worst unprofessional company ever!!!!!
That's so bad! They have gone into liquidation or something so I can no longer get the money for my coffee table!! I feel sorry for the people that spent thousands there and can not get their money :(
The single worst retail experience of my life. The management of this store was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. If that is how they treat a potential customer, they will not be in business for long. Save yourself the trouble, do not even walk through the door.
Agree with u. The mgt was very rude and unprofessional to me after they made a mistake of delivering the wrong item to me. Never buying there again.
