Bought a demo Argosy off them 8 months ago. So far the truck has been back for repairs 14 times over that period, for a range of faults, mostly electrical. Their attitude has been shocking, from the Sales staff to the Management. We were told the truck had been serviced when we bought it, which was found to be false. They have damaged the truck multiple times during repairs, including breaking the steps 4 times because the didn't close the doors before tilting the cab. Paint has been chipped and plastic dash components also have been damaged by staff. Charged us $2100 to replace 4 plastic guards (!) Have spoke to many other truck drivers and they all seem to have the same experience with Whitehorse Trucks. The general consensus is that the product is good, but the dealership is a tremendous letdown. My personal experience is that they are unreliable, overcharging for bad repairs and unwilling to provide a satisfactory after-sales service.
