Lack of maintenance. Dirty (sandy) sheets on bed and wouldn't provide clean manchester inc towels for 3 days, no cooking utensils- we had to purchase saucepan and other cooking utensils eg only 1 spoon for 4 people. Had to purchase toilet paper, soap etc. Bed broken -missing slats and bolts. Front door didn't lock properly. Kettle broken. Lack of parking security although they claimed otherwise our vehicle was extensively damaged. Could not recommend to anybody.
