Another core service offering is the practice of ergonomics. If you are having problems while working it may be due to a poor set-up at your workstation. We can advise you about your working environment, positioning and the correct ergonomic office desk and chair that may suit your requirements. We can also advise you on what you can do to improve how your body copes with your work duties. It can be simple stretches that deal with tight muscles or strengthening exercises to improve the endurance of the muscles that are struggling with your work activities.

We also offer exercise rehabilitation as we believe this underpins the successful recovery for most musculoskeletal problems, such as low back pain and sciatica, shoulder and knee pain, to name a few. It is important that the affected muscles are identified and then rehabilitated, as returning muscles to their pre-injury state will decrease the chances of re-injury.
