A reminder of re-stock is sent through email (if subscribed). In the email, choices were given in a humorous way whether one is ready to receive the next batch or wait a little longer. If unsure, one can count the toilet rolls left and hit reply - the next delivery estimate will be calculated. An efficient way- unlike most other companies that have no-reply email addresses which requires one to click on another link and login. Depending on the case, a real customer rep replied from the other end in the next few hours or the next day to help.

One of the best toilet rolls on the market. Delivery took around 4 days for us. 3-ply thickness, soft, absorbent and strong. Each roll is wrapped with colourful paper and design which can be reused before recycling. Slightly larger square sheet than usual. The only drawback is it easily shred. But with the company's environment-consciousness and giving 50% to Wateraid... that is un-rivaled and for those reasons, we will definitely order toilet papers from these guys.
