Worst customer service on the planet. My fridge door had a faulty hinge on the door.
The repairman came around to fix the door and he was nice and helpful and did a great job fixing it.
He accidentally broke the dairy cover during his repairs & said he would drop around a replacement. We thanked him and off he went.
What was to follow was atrocious customer service to say the least.

Wholesale Appliance Supplies in Nerang really needs to lift its game in delivering customer service and after sales support. I was particularly displeased when I made a request and it was not met, and when I called the customer service team on the phone they hung up on me. Their failure to resolve my matter resulted in Electrolux having to step in and resolve the matter for them. The bottom line is you always have to pay for really terrible service at Wholesale Appliance Supplies. I asked for a written apology a couple of weeks ago and never got it even though Electrolux told Wholesale Appliance Services to do it. They don't even listen to the manufacturer, so how could they possibly listen to the customer?

I have had dealings with this company in September and November 2016.
I was originally referred to them by 'Domestic and General' who process extended warranty claims for 'The Good Guys'.
They took 5 weeks to repair my 3yr old Samsung dishwasher.I had further problems with the product 2 months later... not their fault. I was still waiting for a service call 12 days after lodging a claim.
