Wicked Ice Creams

I actually joined up with True Local to share my anger at this awful ice cream shop. We went today and received the worst service possible. The rude staff did not care one iota about us. They almost slammed my daughters fingers in the door when giving us our minuscule sample. They were rude, uninterested, smart mouthed, completely revolting. I do not understand how a shop like this can keep surviving. I told the management staff of our apartment so they can warn others not to go there. The ice cream itself was weak flavoured and watery. Go somewhere else and save money.I will email the management but from the sounds they won't care. Don't go here, please do yourselves a favour.

Absolutely appalling customer service. No eye contact, no smile, no thank you, no anything. Will tell my friends. Keep employing these people if you want your business to fail otherwise hold a staff meeting pronto ...

Awesome ice cream, really friendly staff... great music and I got free 10 minutes to check my emails... Cool team, will definitely be back there!

5 of us visted here on 27/12/2011. Very hot day so the ice cream was very soft even in the freezer. First ice cream handed across the counter slid off the cone and plopped to the ground within 20 seconds. Staff told us we'd have to pay for a replacement ice cream, and the management backed them when I protested. Where's the goodwill? We left and bought 5 lovely ice creams at the shop up the road - and they didn't seem to mind the lost business.
