My biggest regret in a 6 month Aussie trip! I got ripped off of $60 in charges, and no one will tell me where that charge went\/came from\/etc. The staff member who is in charge of refunds replied to my emails a month late, and by copy-pasting one of his previous replies to my inquires.Extremely Poor Customer Service on the administrative services side of things. Contact info of the management of the company is nowhere to be found on the Internet, but I hope with all my heart they reads the bad reviews the company is receiving.
