A staff member at this establishment has definitely NOT got the customer in mind. The negative and unwelcome atmosphere is jaw-dropping for a business based on customer service.
As soon as I walked in, there was seemingly a pressure to buy something or get out. I strongly suggest they examine what makes people want to buy things and what makes people want to take their money elsewhere.
I recently visited Wicked Clothing in Mawson Lakes for the first time and was absolutely disgusted by my experiences. Was so rude to myself and one of my friends. I had asked my friend to get me a different size top, to which staff then snatched it out of my friends hand, turned around and was loudly muttering under his breathe swearing and shaking his fists. After trying the clothes on, I was happy with several items and did want to purchase them, however I chose not to buy them due to how we had been treated.
I will not be returning to this shop until management has been changed, which is a shame as I did like the product but will now gladly make the trip into town for my shopping needs.

I have shopped at wicked many times before i have had some fantastic service from a woman that was working there when they first opened she was so kind to me. I have also had some shocking service from the owner himself and i was disgusted. His customer service is terrible, disgusting. He didn't really seem to care or have any intention on helping me with anything. He was very rude to me and the way i was spoken to it has really put me off shopping at Wicked again. They have a big range and good prices too. I think prices were probably cheaper than other stores with the same brands. I liked their service, the staff left you alone but would help if u needed it. The highlight for me was getting my jeans hemmed for free, I don't think I know of anywhere else that does this, so it was great! I would definatly shop here again ;)
