Had nearly ten years of excellent service by the team.
But after a simple inquiry I made today and the belligerent and brash response I got from one of their reception staff, I will not return. I was not upset about the outcome of the inquiry/request I made, but the tone and manner this staff member went about the response. I sincerely hope this was a once off and that other clients have not had the same issue.
