After speaking to them, I thought I had made a wise choice. They were punctual but that is the only good thing about my experience. I paid for a pest report and a indoor/outdoor pest spray. The report was nothing more than a checklist that I could have done myself! They didn't even look in the manhole and see the dead mouse we had waiting for them. The report stated that there was no water damage to the house ( which is so far from the truth ) and that if I wanted a more thorough investigation, I was to cut a hole in my wall to look for bugs myself! The outside spray was damn quick.... It was a hot day and they seemed more interested in getting out of the heat than actually doing the job. The inside spray was an absolute joke. It was meant to be along all the skirting boards yet it was merely a dot or two on possibly two of the four boards.
