Did a great job servicing my Rinnai gas heater in Feb 2018..... Unfortunately after he left, I noticed that he had taken an expensive safety valve from my hot water system that I needed. He said he was "too busy" and forgot to return it by the agreed date, for another plumber (that he recommended) to complete the job. Although he agreed to pay me back $101.00 to reimburse me for the cost of buying a new valve to replace the one that he took, I'm still waiting for him to get around to it. .... So far it's been 4 months ........
Still waiting for my reciept for the original job as well.... because he forgot to bring the reciept book....
