On referral from your doctor or dentist, you will be provided with an initial consultation when your concerns will be identified, clinical examination will be undertaken, investigations and radiographs will be reviewed and a provisional diagnosis will be discussed. Treatment options will be detailed including local or general anaesthetic requirement and a full fee quotation will be provided.

Dr Besly was excellent, I can recommend his work very highly indeed. He did a dental implant for me over 10 years ago and it has been superb, no problems, in fact I don't even know it's there. He is fussy, exacting, precise - all the qualities you want in a surgeon. And he was working in a confined space! I attended his Richmond offices. He would definitely be my first choice if I needed an oral surgeon.
